You agree always to attend meetings, telephone or log in to internet sessions at the agreed start time. Please note that if you arrive late the coach will not be able to extend the end time for your session to compensate for your lateness.
Payment will always be made in advance of all sessions. If you miss a session you will have to pay for the missed session, unless you have given your coach two working days prior notice of cancellation of this session.
Please prepare for sessions in advance to help maximise the benefit you will derive from them. Remain open to new ideas, methods and challenges. Work in partnership with your coach, accepting and willingly working on direct, honest feedback received. Be honest at all times and accept that your coach may challenge you, if they feel you are deceiving yourself or, in appropriate areas for your development. Be prepared to work on all areas of your life in order to achieve balance and maximise your results.
You are fully responsible for your physical, mental and emotional health and well-being at all times. Coaching does not involve diagnosis or treatment of physical or mental disorders. It must not to be used as a substitute for medical care, counseling, mental health therapy or substance abuse treatment. If you are currently under the care of a doctor or mental health professional, you must consult them on the advisability of working with a coach and obtain their written agreement to your proceeding with our coaching service. You must also advise your coach of this fact and they will provide you with a doctor’s referral letter for this purpose.
Your information will be held as confidential in line with our Terms and Conditions of service and Privacy Policy, available on demand and on this website.. We recommend that you reed these prior to commencing with us.
You understand that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, or other relevant professionals. You are urged to seek independent professional guidance for such matters. Any decisions made in such areas are your own and you acknowledge that ant actions you decide to take on such matters are your sole responsibility.
