Congratulations on deciding to invest in yourself by choosing our individual Life Coaching option. You have chosen to select dedicated, one to one Life Coaching with one of our friendly, expert Success Coaches.
You can now choose between our on-line or telephone Life Coaching Service. Select the method you feel most comfortable with and just let your coach know your preference. Or come to our Practice for your coaching sessions if you prefer.
Our coaches are guided by you, you select the areas of your life that you wish to concentrate on. However, we firmly believe that true and lasting success is impossible without balance in your life. So we will also help you to consider your current life style to see if there are areas you are experiencing difficulties with or unconsciously neglecting.
We will use the latest techniques of Neurolinguistic Programming, Neurological Repatterning, Ericksonian Hypnosis and Results Coaching, as we judge appropriate to help you create accelerated and enduring change.
Together we will uncover your values system, exploring what has held you back so far, such as your limiting beliefs and mental blocks. Then we will show you the rules of goal creation and practical strategies for goal achievement. Your Success Coach will always do their utmost to motivate and encourage you, monitoring your progress to ensure you remain on target. We know that a major key to success is to take action, and to take that action now.
We believe that within you are all the resources you require to succeed. Our aim therefore is to help you realise just how incredible you truly are. We want you to live up to your true potential and will work with you to help you maximise and accelerate your progress towards the life you were born to live.

Cost: Free Introductory session, then £85 + VAT, per session thereafter
