Agreement between Users and Success in Life Ltd
Please read carefully the following terms and conditions (“terms and conditions”) relating to your use of this website (successinlifecoaching.com,) including the internet videoconferencing service (collectively “Our Website”) which is owned and operated by Success in Life Ltd. The terms “we, us, or our” refer to Success in Life Ltd.
By your use of Our Website and its services, including your free introductory coaching session, you have agreed to be legally bound by, and to comply with these terms and conditions, without modification by you and as set out here. If you do not agree with any of our terms and conditions then you should not use Our Website or services and, if applicable, should arrange to cancel your Success in Life Membership and any further payments. “User” and “you” shall both mean anyone accessing or using Our Website or its materials or services, including “Guests” and “Members” of the Success in Life Coaching Website.
Membership
To join as a “Guest” you must complete the application form on Our Website.
To become a “Member” you must enrol in, pay for, and be accepted onto, one of our Success in Life courses. We will send you our course materials, in appropriate stages following your acceptance onto a course. Members may select from our range of coaching options as set out on Our Website.
Members agree to be bound by our Coaching Agreement (which we will send you) which is incorporated into these terms and conditions and which you are deemed to consent to by becoming a Member.
When you decide to become a Member, you agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete information about yourself and to keep this information up to date.
By using Our Website you are stating that you are at least eighteen years old. This service is not designed for use by people under eighteen years of age and they should not use Our Website.
Modification of these terms
We may, at our sole discretion change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time without notice or liability, including but not limited to changes in charges or fees or restrictions upon the use of Our Website. Users should check these terms and conditions periodically for changes as by using this site after we have posted our changes, you are deemed to have agreed to them, whether or not you have seen them.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be void, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, then it shall be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Unlawful or Prohibited Use
A condition of your use of Our Website is that you agree not to use it for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. Users may not use Our Website to damage, disable or impair the site or impair other Users’ use or enjoyment of Our Website. We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your access and use of Our Website and/or related services should we deem this necessary. Nor shall we be liable to you or any third party for such termination.

Our Website may contain links, or other parties may provide links, to other websites or resources (“linked sites”) which are not under our control and which may have terms and conditions different to our own. We have not been able to review all linked sites and are in no way responsible or liable for their content or practices. You hereby accept and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of such linked sites and we do not endorse, and are not liable or responsible for, any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from linked sites. Neither will we be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused to a User in connection with or from use of such linked sites, products or services regardless of how they are linked to us. Your use of linked sites and such resources is entirely at your own risk.
Internet Video Conferencing Forum
Our Website contains an internet video conferencing service (“this videoconferencing service”). Users agree to use this videoconferencing service in accordance with law and for the proper purposes of Our Website. Users agree not to use this videoconferencing service to upload, post or email or otherwise transmit any postings that are unlawful, defamatory, obscene, libellous, inflammatory, abusive, scandalous, pornographic, harmful, threatening or harassing, or racially objectionable, or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or otherwise violate any law. We shall have sole discretion on whether a posting contravenes this clause.
Users are entirely responsible for any postings, emails or voice transmissions (known collectively as “postings”) they make or allow others to make, using this videoconferencing service. Further, we are not liable for the content of any such postings and assume no responsibility for any error, defamation, slander or libel, obscenity or profanity, omission or falsehood or other inaccuracy in their content, or for any damage or loss incurred as a result of them.
We reserve the right to delete any postings, without notice, as we think fit.
We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to terminate your use of the internet videoconferencing service at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw this service, without notice, should we deem this necessary.
Users downloading material or software from Our Website, or other websites in conjunction with Our Website, do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for any damage to their computer system or loss of data that results from such activity.
By your use of our internet videoconferencing service you have also agreed to be legally bound, and to comply with the terms and conditions of our internet conferencing service provider. These will be provided to you when you receive your link to this service.
Materials provided to Our Website
Users who provide contributions, information, feedback or other material (collectively “materials”), to Our Website are granting us, our affiliates and necessary sublicensees, the necessary permission to use these materials in connection with the operation of Our Website and life coaching business without limitation. No compensation will be paid for these materials which shall be deemed to be royalty free. We are under no obligation to use User’s materials and may remove any material at any time. We shall not be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on such User materials, nor shall we be liable for any use or disclosure of such materials.
Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or others in any videoconferencing communications or in other materials provided.
Further, we are not liable for the content of any materials received from Users and assume no responsibility for any error, defamation, slander or libel, obscenity or profanity, racism, pornography, omission, falsehood or other inaccuracy in the materials provided, or for any damage or loss incurred as a result of them.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to edit materials, in whole or in part, provided by Users. We disclaim any liability with regard to materials provided by Users to Our Website. By posting or providing materials for Our Website, Users warrant that they own or otherwise control all of the rights to these materials. Users are responsible for adhering to limitations on the usage, reproduction or dissemination of materials provided by them to Our Website.
Users’ materials shall not be subject to any obligation or confidence on our part except as provided in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
Our Website and courses are for use of individuals who are mentally healthy. If you suffer from any know psychiatric condition you should not use this site or become a Member. Such persons are advised to seek appropriate professional medical and/or therapeutic help.
Nor should any advice, materials or information received using Our Website be relied upon for medical, legal, personal or financial decisions. Success in Life Ltd recommend you obtain appropriate professional advice when making such decisions.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that Our Website is kept up to date and accurate, Our Website content, course materials, software, products or services are provided by us without expressed or implied warranties or conditions of any kind. Nor do we make representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness and/or accuracy of the information, software, products, services and related graphics contained on Our Website for any purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. All such information, software, products, services and related graphics are provides as is”, without warranty or condition of any kind. Nor does Success in Life Ltd warrant that Our Website will be uninterrupted, virus or error free.
Success in Life Ltd and our affiliates shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, exemplary or punitive, consequential or incidental or special damages, resulting from or arising out of or in any way connected with the use of, or inability to use, Our Website (including linked sites), or its content including course materials, or resulting from the performance of Our Website or the conduct or statements of any third party on Our Website or software or products obtained through Our Website, save in respect of personal injury or death due to the negligence of Success in Life Ltd, and in no event shall the total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action (whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you on becoming a Member of Success in Life, even if Success in life Ltd or any of its suppliers have been advised to the possibility of damages. If you are dissatisfied with Our Website, course or any of these terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using Our Website.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to your use of Our Website shall be filed only in the English courts and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold Success in Life Ltd and/or its directors, affiliates and suppliers, harmless from any and all third party claims, liability and damages arising from the User’s improper use of Our Website.
Delivery of email
Success in Life Ltd will attempt to deliver all course materials and other correspondence to the email address provided by the User for such purposes, via our internet service provider, however, the nature of email is such that Success in Life Ltd cannot guarantee delivery of such email.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have not received your course material within seven business days of payment being made.
Payment
All fees are as set out on Our Website and must be paid in advance. Fees are non-refundable, irrespective of whether cancellation is initiated by the User, or by Success in Life Ltd as a result of our deeming that you have failed to comply with these terms and conditions. Fees must be cleared by our bank before the course materials and videoconferencing link are sent to you.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. User’s personal information will only be held and used by us and by our service providers. Information collected from Users may be used for the purpose of providing other selected marketing information to you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms and conditions and which you are deemed to consent to by using Our Website.
No details shall be disclosed to other companies or third parties, except where you have given us your prior agreement to this or where we are obliged to do so by law, regulation or legal process and/or to protect the personal safety of our Users or the public.
You have the right to request a copy of any information we hold on you, at a charge of £10 per entry. If at any time you wish to have your name and address and related details deleted from, corrected or amended in, our records, we will do so with prior notice.
We are not responsible for the privacy of any information you choose to reveal about yourself or others via our internet videoconferencing service or on Our Website.
Security
Whilst we make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from Our Website, we cannot completely ensure such exclusion and assume no responsibility, and will not be held liable, for any damage to, or viruses that may infect, your computer on account of using Our Website or your downloading internet videoconferencing links and/or software we provide or other material supplied by us by email. Similarly, no liability is incurred by us for viruses obtained from third party or linked sites.
Thus you are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading, software, information or images from Our Website, linked sites and our emails.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your password. You must notify us immediately in the event of any known or suspected unauthorised use of your password.
